OUR IMPACT IN ACTION

Our Student-Athlete Support Framework

2 Sports Moms organizes its work through clearly defined Service Areas that describe how we support families. These services are activated through programs and initiatives that provide direct engagement, education, and resources.

This structure allows us to scale with intention while maintaining trust, clarity, and quality across all partnerships and sites.

POWER UP!

Healthy Habits On-the-Go is an interactive youth wellness initiative from 2 Sports Moms designed to help young people build healthier habits that support their success in sports, school, and everyday life. Through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, POWER UP! empowers youth to better understand nutrition, movement, hydration, self-care, and the everyday choices that help fuel strong bodies and confident minds. The program partners with schools, after-school programs, camps, community organizations, and youth-serving agencies throughout the Tri-State area and beyond, bringing practical wellness education directly to the young people and families they serve—because healthy habits built today can power a stronger tomorrow.
