Connecting opportunities to athletes. Resources to families.
Our Mission
To empower and equip student-athletes and their families with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed academically, athletically, and holistically.
Who We Are
2 Sports Moms is a community-first 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2024 by mothers who navigated the youth sports journey firsthand and are now paying it forward. We exist because raising a student-athlete is exciting, demanding, expensive, and full of big decisions — and no family should have to navigate it alone.
In 2025, our first full year of operations, we focused on building a strong foundation while showing up for families in real, meaningful ways.
2025: A Year of Foundation, Growth & Connection
2025 became a year of momentum, reflection, and proof of what’s possible when families, athletes, coaches, and communities come together.
We focused on:
· Building organizational infrastructure and credibility
· Expanding education and awareness in accessible, human ways
· Creating spaces for reflection, wellness, and growth
· Meeting families where they are — on the field, in the classroom, and in everyday life
And families showed up with us.
Organizational Growth
· Secured 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
· Obtained sales tax exemption
· Established governance, branding, and operational systems
· Launched partnerships with schools, trainers, and community organizations
Impact: Increased credibility, sustainability, and readiness to scale.

We learned that athletes want to be seen as whole people, not just performers.
We learned that coaches want partnership, not pressure.
And we learned that when families feel supported, they rise into their best selves.

Looking Ahead to 2026
2025 laid the foundation.
2026 is about deepening, expanding, and strengthening.
As 2 Sports Moms continues to build on the momentum and learning of 2025, 2026 will be a year of intentional growth across impact, access, and partnerships. All this, while keeping firmly planted in our mission: “connecting opportunities to athletes and resources to families.”
2 Sports Moms’ priority plans for 2026 include:
· Continuing the GOAT Award (Giving Others A Tomorrow) to honor athletes and leaders who exemplify generosity, service, and commitment to investing in others and the community
· Hosting one to two sports clinics, including the Train Smart Lab Trainer Day, which will unify training, wellness, injury prevention and family education into one hands-on event
· Co-hosting or participating in one to two panel discussions or workshops on relevant topics such as youth development, mental wellness, family engagement, and navigating the student-athlete experience
· Launching and supporting two to three community service initiatives, such as the expansion of Ascendra Care Essentials (ACE Bags), to empower the dignity, wellness, and confidence of young women athletes
· Investing in board development and organizational leadership to enhance governance, sustainability, and accountability
· Deepening relationships with schools, coaches and community organizations to offer programming that is aligned, accessible and consistent
· Enhancing evaluation and impact tracking to more effectively measure outcomes and inform decision-making and strategy
· Reaching more families across the country with targeted outreach, school outreach and community-based programming
Collectively, these priorities represent our focus on scaling with intention — expanding our reach while maintaining the heart, trust, and quality that is 2 Sports Moms.
